WHAT
Think of MoMentum Meet as a practice, like a workout for your connection with motherhood.

A weekly 60-minute group conversation facilitated by a coach, designed around an intention related to the permanent shift in your identity. 5-8 mommas in each group, joining us with an open mind to share and learn, build better habits, and make meaningful connections.

WHY
• We share something in common; the journey of motherhood
• Empathetic and active listening is the foundation for communication and relationships. Come be heard, and make space to listen to others
• Build deeper human connections. Let’s be real, nobody has time to make new friends without a commitment to depth

WHEN
I’d like us to experience this as a practice. Coming weekly will help you change old patterns, build new habits and feel more connected to yourself and others.

HOW
Here is a general flow we will be following each week. Sometimes we may shift it lightly, but in case you are curious, et voila:

• 5 mins intro, rules of engagement
• 5 mins mindful meditation
• 10 mins group prompt
• 10 mins break out prompt
• 10 mins group prompt
• 10 mins break out prompt
• 5 mins discuss learnings
• 5 mins outro, closing mindful meditation
